Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Oilsy app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mustard Enterprises (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Shipment
- We arrange delivery of orders placed on Oilsy app (Oilsy is registered trademark of Mustard Enterprises) through third party contractors, and / or delivery partners, on a principal-to-principal basis. These delivery partners are neither employees nor agents of Mustard Enterprises, and they are associated only as independent service providers on a principal-to-principal basis and are not exclusively bound by Mustard Enterprises to provide delivery services at any given point. To clarify, there exists no principal – agent relation between Mustard Enterprises and the delivery partner, and as such, Mustard Enterprises, in no case whatsoever, can be held liable for the act(s)/ omission(s) of the delivery partner.
- Delivery of your order will be done in 3-5 working days.
- Customer are expected to respect the dignity and diversity of delivery partners and also enable provision of a secure and fearless platform work environment for the delivery partners including prevention and deterrence of harassment (including sexual harassment) towards delivery partners. We reserve the right to withhold customer’s access to the Mustard Enterprises Platform and otherwise limit customer’s access to the Mustard Enterprises Platform at our absolute discretion if customer behave with a delivery partner in a manner which is discourteous, disrespectful, or abusive, or which otherwise may be deemed to be inappropriate or unlawful. Customer are expected to treat all delivery partners with courtesy and respect. The consequences of any such inappropriate action of customer’s, including claims made/ compensation claimed by any delivery partner, shall be to customer’s account entirely.
- Mustard Enterprises makes best endeavours to ensure that Products/Services are delivered to customer within the period reflected at the time of placing the order, Mustard Enterprises does not make any representation, guarantee or warranty in relation to the delivery time as the estimated delivery time may be changed without notice and there could be delays for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Mustard Enterprises such as availability of third party delivery service providers, demand, traffic and weather conditions, a force majeure event, the location provided by the customer(s), the customer(s) being unresponsive on call, delivery partner(s) facing any on-ground challenges (including any issues with their delivery vehicles, society providing entry to them without any hassles or delays) etc.

If any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination (including as a result of customer providing incorrect name or address or other incorrect/misleading information or recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery), Mustard Enterprises shall not be liable for the same/ responsible to make re-delivery.

The order will ordinarily be delivered when a person is able to receive the order at the address provided by customer. Customer shall be solely responsible for the products in case customer direct the delivery partner to leave the same at customer’s doorstep and/or handover the same to any other person. In such cases, customer shall not claim any amount/refund from Mustard Enterprises in case of any loss/damage to/deficiency in any products/Service. Customer expressly disclaim Mustard Enterprises from all the liabilities which may arise by virtue of the order being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination, and the result of any change in temperature of the products.

The transactions through the Mustard Enterprises Platform may be subject to delivery charges, handling charges, convenience charges, high demand surge charges, rain surge charge, print charges, gift charges or such other fees/charges as may be levied from time to time (“Service Charges”). Customer shall be informed of such Service Charges prior to placing customer’s order on the Mustard Enterprises Platform at the stage of check-out. By placing the order, customer agree to pay for such Service Charges.
Order Cancellation
- Customer acknowledge that (a) customer’s cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation of an order or (b) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to Mustard Enterprises, shall amount to customer’s breach of the Terms and any such request shall be permitted subject to acceptance of the same by Mustard Enterprises. For any permitted cancellations, we will initiate a refund, if any, against the relevant product/ order, which may be in the form of promotional codes/ coupons which shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Mustard Enterprises Platform, in accordance with the specified terms, if any, such as validity period.
- Customer may cancel their order upto before delivery.
- Orders may be cancelled by Mustard Enterprises in any of the following cases: (a) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or (b) if it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which does not conform to or violates these Terms, or (c) in case of unavailability of product(s), or (d) for any reason outside the control of Mustard Enterprises, including technical errors, causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties. For such cancellations, Mustard Enterprises will initiate a refund, if any, against the relevant product/ order, within approximately 72 hours.
- Further, Mustard Enterprises aims to ensure that availability status, specifications and prices of all products / services offered for sale are true and correct. While precautions are taken to ensure accuracy thereof, at times, the specifications / prices may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product/service information provided to Mustard Enterprises by third-party sellers and in such an event, customer shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of Mustard Enterprises. In each such case, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Mustard Enterprises reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund, if any, against the relevant order/product in the form of credit/ cashback/ coupon/ promotional codes for the value of the relevant product/ order which shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Mustard Enterprises Platform, in accordance with the specified terms, if any, such as validity period.
- We reserve the right to deny access to non-complying users / users that appear to be involved in fraudulent transactions at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
Returns & Refunds

Products once delivered are non-returnable/ non-replaceable/ non-exchangeable, except: (a) if the product is damaged, defective, expired at the time of delivery or incorrectly delivered, and (b) if the return/ replace/ exchange policy listed/ displayed with respect to the relevant product expressly and specifically permits the same – if so, the return/ exchange requests shall be processed in accordance with the terms of the relevant policy, including the specified timelines and conditions. Customer are requested to read the return/ exchange policy of each product as available on the Mustard Enterprises Platform before placing the order and further raising any request for return/ exchange or refund. Customer will be required to share proof of the issue (including images/ video) before any resolution can be provided.

All refunds for permitted returns and permitted cancellations will be processed within 7 working days from the date of return/ cancellation approval of the product subject to satisfactory checks.
- Unless otherwise stated and/or as mutually agreed between Mustard Enterprises and the Customer, for payments made through electronic means such as debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, etc., refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received or provided in the form of credit/ cashback/ coupon/ promotional code which shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Mustard Enterprises Platform, in accordance with the specified terms, if any, such as validity period. Refund amount in the form of credits will reflect in Customer’s account based on respective banks policies. Provided that, refunds, if any, for products purchased on cash on delivery basis shall be refunded by way of promotional codes only which shall expire after 30 days from the date of issuance. Users can opt-in for a promotional code refund for online payments as well. Refunds cannot be transferred back to any other payment method once the credit/ cashback/ coupon/ promotional code is initiated. All other promotional codes issued shall expire within 7 days from the date of its issuance.
- All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
Changes to These Terms and ConditionsThe Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
